Antonio Martínez is an agronomist and businessman agricultural self-employed, with more than five decades of experience in the agricultural sector. Born in Úbeda and settled in Castilla y León for more than thirty years, he has dedicated his professional life to the agricultural activity in the region of Medina del Campo looking for the best way to make it profitable, while respecting the environment and nature.

Although in the beginning he worked with crops such as cereals and sugar beet, for the last three decades he has specialized in the production of viticulture, with a growing dedication to sustainable production.

In 2009, together with his wife, he founded the winery Pago Traslagares, a project that was born as direct consequence of his dreamHe has a dream: to devote his life to agriculture and viticulture. As part of that dream, planted and cares for more than 70 hectares of vineyardwhich he now manages with special attention and technical rigor.

He currently works with plots in both organic and conventional farming, actively participating in their planning, technical management and feasibility analysis. Additionallymanages 3.5 hectares of organic vineyards in San Vicente del PalacioThe company is committed to environmentally friendly and future-oriented production.

In Traslagares, he exercises a special dedication to the technical management of the vineyard and the winerycombining tradition, agricultural knowledge and long-term vision.
