With more than five decades of experience as a self-employed entrepreneur in agriculture, he has spent most of his career in Castilla y León.
Although he has worked with crops such as cereals and sugar beets, in the last three years he has specialized in viticulture, combining traditional and ecological practices.
In 2009 he founded the Pago Traslagares winery with his wife, with a growing dedication to the technical management of the vineyard and a form of cultivation that respects the environment.
